We begin our HR partnership process with a discovery call. During this call, we will learn more about your organization and your staffing needs, as well as discuss any challenges you may be facing. 

After our call we will draft an MOU and once finalized and signed we will begin our process of finding the best talent to match your business requirements.

We post your job openings on our website and find the candidates for your company through our network. We will then send you resumes of the top candidates, and once you approve them, we will train them and set up interviews. 

Once your company has made their decision and the candidate has passed our rigorous screening process, we will work closely with you to ensure that all necessary details are taken care of. We will ensure a smooth transition.
